That was wonderful. You’re a joy to watch and listen to. Thank you. I’d like to share something. At first what you said about parasites saddened me (I’m kapha and relatively prone), but then in second thought I realized I don’t actually believe it to be true that one is stuck dealing with this infection for a lifetime. Parasites, just like everything else in the 3rd dimension, are nothing more than the physical manifestation of that which is occurring in the non-physical dimensions. In this case it would be entity attachments. I have this unexplained knowing that in tandem with eating properly and taking the right herbs and so on, parasitic infections can absolutely be cured once a person heals and integrates the shadows of their inner child’s trauma, which in most cases will revolve around powerlessness - as powerlessness is the lowest frequency in this universe, and the one that lower dimensional beings LOVE humans to be locked into. Let’s just say it makes their personal agenda that much easier to implement. But once your inner child discovers how divinely powerful he / she actually is, there is no longer anything for lower dimensional beings to tether onto, and that is predictably going to translate into the physical. Healing happens on all levels and I believe that the spirit can counteract anything, including very persistent infections. Thanks again for a beautiful video. Appreciate you💚

I've started doing daily yoga again for the past 2 weeks and i've already noticed a difference. I suffer from pain in my wrists, knees, hips and hamstrings. Im only 24 and have such tight muscles. Since starting a 30 day yoga challenge with Adriene, oh my god the pain in my wrists is so much better. At first it was painful, but i feel stronger and more flexible in my muscles and joints. I have fallen in love and will never look back. I can't wait to progress and start to focus more on my breathing and the meditative aspect. I can't wait for the pain relief that greater flexibility, mobility and strength will give me. Yoga helps so much with my anxiety and depression too. I always feel peaceful and content after. ☺️🤍

Yoga is nothing ..that is yog. And what you are doing these are some physical drills of the infinite ocean of bliss. and these are Primary part of yog to purify mind intellect and body. Then advance yog begins at the state of pratyahaar. And meditation is not what most people do in their life. After purify mind from all worldly desires then only a person can meditate on divine.

Excellent interview with Arielle! I would love to know if Arielle has noticed something similar happens to guys. A male friend of mine went through a very difficult relationship with a woman he fell in love with who was a narcissist and she hooked him and kept him hooked by love bombing him. It took him quite a while to pull himself away from her. He would pull away and then she would reel him back in again. I was so happy and relieved when he finally ended that relationship! I've been re-reading her book The Soulmate Secret and while watching this interview I purchased the digital copy of her new book and will begin reading it today.
